    From your idea to a finished piece.

    Every commission begins with a conversation. You can start without committing to an order, and we will take the project one clear step at a time.

    1. Share your idea

      Send the concept and any optional references that help explain it.

    2. Human review

      We review the request personally and get back to you within 24 hours to start the conversation.

    3. Design reservation

      If you want to move forward after we discuss the direction, a $50 design reservation starts the custom 2D concept stage and includes two refinement rounds.

    4. Approve the direction

      We refine the 2D concept with you and ask you to approve the direction before we confirm the final quote. The $50 design reservation is applied toward the final commission price if you continue.

    5. 3D development and production

      After concept approval, final quote and the remaining Shopify payment, we develop the 3D design from the approved direction, share the agreed customer preview, and move into fabrication.

    6. Final review and shipping

      The finished piece goes through human quality review before we prepare it for shipping.

    Two refinement rounds are included during the 2D concept stage. They are there to help shape the idea with you before you approve the final direction.

    Yes. If custom design work has not started, the $50 design reservation can be refunded. Once design work begins, the reservation becomes non-refundable because design time has already been committed.

    If you need to cancel later, we will look at the work already completed and any production costs already committed, then explain clearly what can still be refunded.

    Every commission is different, so we do not give one fixed timeline before we understand the concept. Once the scope is clear, we will give you an expected timeline and keep you updated at meaningful stages as the piece moves forward.

    Yes. Once the design and order details are confirmed, we can prepare the commission as a gift with thoughtful wrapping, a personal message, and other presentation details where practical. We will confirm any additional cost with you before it is added.
